Migrating dictionary #2

Probably not so much of an issue but, I really need to migrate my dictionary to a new site and as far as I get it this tool cannot import entries in csv-file that doesn't already exist in the target database. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi. No, you're not doing anything wrong, but it was only designed to update entries that already exist. So if you try and import the CSV into a site that doesn't have any existing entries, then it won't update anything. If you note in the readme it says: "Note: It only enables editing of dictionary items and doesn't allow new dictionary items to be created."
