Read csv with CsvHelper. This allows to have multiline cell.
Added Tests for validation

this pr would close issue #8

Hi, thanks for this. I was trying to avoid having a 3rd party dependency if at all possible. I did consider using CSVHelper but thought this might cause potential conflicts if people were already using it. What is the earliest version that would still work? Would quoting cells with double quotes work without the need for this?
