ldaptive: Support for AD DirSync #142

It would be nice if there was support for Active Directory's DirSync extended 
controls[1].  The main control[2] is pretty much the same as RFC4533 so it 
should be pretty straightforward.

Fixed in r2546.
Integration tests are fairly basic at this point. Broader testing of the 
DirSyncClient by someone with concrete use cases would be much appreciated.
