vt-ldap: default ldap factory should not have a default validator #59

The default validator of LdapConnectValidator can be misleading as that
validator does nothing to validate existing connections.
It is only useful of validating new connections.

Remove the default validator from the default ldap factory.

Default validator removed.
Fixed in r1135.
