"Report a bug" link cannot be clicked #14

Describe the bug Github issues link cannot be clicked on pages other than index

To Reproduce

  1. Go to oher page
  2. Attempt to click link

Expected behavior The link would be clickable

Additional context Buttons/ScoreLbl row is covering footer, fix buttons to bottom of page above footer
