GUM would not run with a data frame containing the three necessary columns Catch, Year, and SciName. It did run once I added columns for SpeciesCat, SpeciesGroup, and CommName. I included all three at the same time so I don't know if they were all necessary. Also, the documentation does not explain how to assign SpeciesCat or SpeciesGroup, which would be helpful. Is it from FAO categorization? Do you need to download a database, or reference a website?
