Deal with non-sequential years in fishdata #19

Seems like the functionality is here to stay, so maybe instead take advantage of the "interpolated" densities and use them in the model, just need to modify vastify to deal with that

Huh, so you've got it working now, but it kind of looks like there is something weird with the densities in the off-survey years density_plot.pdf

Seems like they might be in log space?

Need to resolve, either by correcting or only using the actual data years

Yep that's what's going on, it's aibts and goabts and both of them are the ones with those weird values
