See if allometric relationships in VRG Fish Life History in MPA_04_08_11_12 11-Mar-2014.csv match those used in scripts/Fish size biomass processing CIMPA

Note: I did not name these files!

Interesting, which ones are your calculations?

The first one, which ends up being exactly the same (but correcting for transect area) as the one you had before. The only difference is that it is "shorter" to get there with the functions I wrote. I think the main difference is that Jen might be accounting for non-observed species, which can be fixed with tidyr::complete(). I'll work on this part this week.
