Expanding frame not expanding #13

Dear Dan,

the frame of the diffractometer GUI is not expanding anymore. You merged my changes but almost at the same time also changed the structure of the panel from self.root to subgrids. So that deactivated the root.columnconfigure options. I will try to have a look how to combine both approaches but maybe you see instantly what needs to be done.

Hi Alexander, Thanks for your comment and for pointing this out!

I switched to the grid method to better define the shape of the frames but I did it incorrectly (some frames started at frame 0, some at 1 whoops!). This should be fixed now in version 3.1.2 and the window should scale correctly.
