Import button doesn't work for neither Static Route, nor Instances, Areas or Interfaces #20

Steps to Reproduce

In Netbox UI expand Netbox Routing Click on Upload button next to Static Route (or Instances, or Areas, or Interfaces in Netbox Routing plugin) This directs to /plugins/routing/routes/static/import/ however there are no usual import data fields

Expected Behavior

This should open a standard data import fields, like Data, Format, CSV delimiter, etc. with field options explained

Observed Behavior

Just opens the same page as clicking "Static Route" would - /plugins/routing/routes/static/
