Version 1.14.0 problem #230

Thank you for providing such useful tool.

When i resign my app(Build 42) using v1.14.0 with enterprise provisioning profile and install through ITMS It cant replace old app(Build 41) resigned by v1.13.1 I switched back to v1.13.1 and solved the problem.
