Apple Watch resign issue fix #28

this issues is with apple watch

here is the fix @DanTheMan827 https://github.com/fastlane-old/sigh/issues/131 however i can't do this in the gui and i have no idea how to do this if u could have a option for this i would love this as i have several apps that have apple watch extols that i can not use if this is fixed or added to the todo list please contact me i will be glad to send Xcode logs

I'll see if I can add some detection for the watch extensions but I can't promise anything...

Is it just WatchApp.app that needs a different profile or the appex too?

I'm pretty sure my app already signs the appex bundles... just that it uses the same as the main bundle...

Can you verify if an app with a Today extension works when re-signed?

I know that the top shelf of the Apple TV 4 works when re-signed so I'd imagine the Today extension would be similar...

I primarily use this for re-signing Kodi so I've never tested anything else really...
