Video does not halt on questions in internet explorer #101

When viewing videos with questions in internet explorer 11, the video is not paused when a question is due.

This issue has a low priority.

I just tried with IE11 and Edge, and I cannot reproduce this issue.

IE10 does however have some problems. However IE10 has several more problems than just the video not pausing. Fixing this is not gonna be trivial, given that these are issues exist because IE10 simply just support the features that we use.

I'm gonna close this issue. Given that we have previously decided not to support older browsers if they were being problematic.
