[Jenkins] Deploy job not working #56

The deploy job currently doesn't update the DBM scheme. It also often have problems with ports already being used. Usually fixable by manually shutting down the server, and re-starting it.

Have successfully run the deploy job, but with no pending dbm-updates or new commits, there may still be some issues left. Will have to re-examine this after some updates have been made.
