Implement a tree view for course management. Progress of this feature is on the branch feature-tree.

• View the complete structure of all courses (including subjects and videos) owned by a single teacher
• Drag and drop subjects and videos between courses and re-ordering
• Create/Edit/Delete new nodes directly from the tree view
