feat: merge foldable items #129

Bugs to be handled:

[ ] highlight() won’t highlight merged items
[ ] If a folded item is the last item, visual glitch appears.
[ ] If only 1 item is hidden, show the reason instead of 1 item hidden
[ ] Tags won't be displayed if the first floor is hidden
