Filters out 990Ts and those that selected 'amended', saves resulting data frame within ./data/data_filter_990.RDA. Within it, I identified short fiscal years which indicate a change in fiscal year date; there was only one, which I then determined to not be an EIN with any gaps. As the fiscal year was 302 days long, I am currently including this EIN filing within our dataset, but I am open to discussing otherwise.
