6 identify all schedule ds #16

NOTE: This branch not only closes issue #6 and examines the schedule Ds, it also does some major rearrangements to how the data are wrangled. All datasets are now done in load_wrangle_filter_data.rmd , which you will need to run once prior to running any .rmd's on endowment, as I renamed one of the saved .RDS's

Thanks, Quinn!! I think the script to render all of the HTMLs is a really great idea!

This is looking really good. The plots on changes to endowment balances are hard to read/interpret (for me). Perhaps we should plot a histogram for beginning, end, and changes (absolute and relative to start balance) instead? Depending on endowment sizes overall, we may need to use a log scale.
