add fiscal year to endowment data extraction

Since we'll need the fiscal year whenever we're working with the endowment data, I think it'll be helpful to have this in the RDS file. In practice we could just join every time to the other data frame by return date and EIN, but it's probably just easiest to have it in the endowment data frame
