19 create a gap plot for endowment years #27

I made the gap plot for schedule D endowment years, as well as compared gaps of 990 schedule and Schedule D filing gaps. NOTE: I also added tax period begin date into the load_wrangle_filter_data.rmd. In this, I identified some EINs which might be interesting to investigate for strange things in their endowments (those that did not always file Schedule D when they filed their 990s, as well as those that have gaps in 990s and Schedule D filings).

Thanks, Quinn!! I appreciate the catch on the beginning vs end date for fiscal years- it's so confusing.
