Hi Zhen and Rose,

I'm creating this pull request with recognition that it's not quite complete yet as I haven't yet had time to go through and add detailed interpretations of the results; this may need to happen next week as the cross referencing task was more time intensive for me this week. However, I'd be interested to hear your thoughts/suggestions and thought it might be good to share now so our efforts are not redundant!

Sounds good, @q-w-a ! You had a pretty big task this week with the cross referencing, so feel free to take a break on this for a while. I could also pick it up for you.
