This is the same issue as for example for HP Pavillion issued before.
The program is working (showing green check mark in the tray) but doesn't
change the status of the touchpad. This status also cannot be changed by any
means of software (function keys, mouse setup etc). Maybe because the Hotkey
driver from Toshiba site cannot be installed and the Touchpad is recognized as
the Microsoft PS/2 Mouse which doesn't have the disable option.
