This PR only concerns usbiss.py. rest of the package is still under development. I added a test for the usbiss,py

Thanks. Could you only make a PR focussed on syntax fix and exclude other code please? You can do this by making a new branch off the current version and apply the fix there.

Closed based on advice to use a separate branch for the usbiss.py change from DancingQuanta.
