Update the filter for Discord's CDN #1001

Files don't work anymore without is, ex and hm parameters.

Certainly seems like it; and as a Discord user myself, I admit to be stunned by how Discord would just randomly make their parameters mandatory at like 18:00 UTC at earliest.

https://github.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt/commit/ae1728df04df87b4443446d62bccf4337b73d158 just so happens to fix the same problems as yours (as far as I can determine in a hurry), so I will close the PR in a good way.
