Related, is that I've struggled unusually hard to get Chrome to properly remove parameters on most sites in the past 5~7 weeks or so, and I've wondered if the problem is on my end, or if it's Chrome-related.

I at least know that merely reloading pages, doesn't work anymore in regards to removing parameters. The uBO logger shows the removals being done, but the pre-removal pages are loaded by Chrome anyway.
