Removed "copy protection" and ads from niskevesti.rs

The anti-ad entries look pretty good to me. For the copy protection removal entries, I'll split them over to https://github.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt/blob/master/AntiFunctionalityRemovalList.txt and add 3 additional supplement entries for non-Firefox browsers, most likely:

niskevesti.rs##style:not([class],[id]):remove()
||niskevesti.rs^$inline-script
! Optional
/secure-copy-content-protection-public.css^$css

I'll take care of this all when I have time. Nevertheless, you've impressed me a lot with this PR. Very few people on Earth can consistently handle ##^ and ::selection as well as this.
