Insert custom data using dropzone collection #25

Suggesting some changes to the Readme as mentioned in #23.

In addition to including the information on inserting into custom tables from the DROPZONE_UPLOAD collection, I also refactored the v2.0 Upgrade Notes from a long paragraph into bulleted list (and added new note for this issue).
