Tooltip "File is too big" covers the link "Remove file" #59

Steps to reproduce the issue

Greetings. Hovering the mouse over the tooltip "File is too big" (like all possible types of tooltips) completely closes the link "Remove file". And you just can not click to delete :) Can they somehow be smashed?

APEX version (4.2.6 / 5.0.3)

Used web server / version and platform (ORDS 3.0.3 / Tomcat 7 / Apache 2.4 / Linux x64)

OHS. On this server, it worked steadily only in the mode "Chunked"

Used web browser / version and platform (Chrome 48 Mac / Firefox 44 Windows)

Firefox 63 dropzone

@orabin thanks for reporting this, I will have a look at it, maybe only showing the error when hovering over the preview icon is enough instead of the whole container which includes the "Remove file" link...

Yes, somehow you need to fix the plugin. It would be great if the tooltip was shown not from below, but from above.
