Plugin Settings Not Enabled #76

Expected behavior

Selected video should be played

Actual behavior

Error message "No compatible source was found for this video." encountered

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Import the video plugin
  2. Create a region using the imported video plug in
  3. Run the page containing the video region

APEX version (4.2.6 / 5.0.3)

Used web server / version and platform (ORDS 3.0.3 / Tomcat 7 / Apache 2.4 / Linux x64)
