Open sqoop-env.sh and edit the following lines −

export HADOOP_COMMON_HOME=/opt/hadoop-2.8.0 
export HADOOP_MAPRED_HOME=/opt/hadoop-2.8.0

En el docker es necesario instalar el mysql-client
