Need to update the standard "featured" zipfile for NCTOOLBOX #21

I like the new installation instructions for "most people" and "risk
takers".   Obviously most folks will download the "standard, tested"
version zip files unless we tell them otherwise.

But currently those "standard" nctoolbox zip files list a "featured"
version from November, 2010, and a "alpha" version from August, 2011.

Since we've introduced a lot of new stuff in ncgeodataset that we want
folks to use, and Alex, myself, and several local users have tested it
out, would it be okay to just upload the zipfile from
https://github.com/acrosby/nctoolbox_recent/zipball/master to Google
Code   as  "nctoolbox-20111028.zip" and make it the "featured
version"?

NCEP is going to be referencing NCTOOLBOX as a standard way for Matlab
users to access their new HYCOM model, and we want these new users to
have a "normal" experience, not point them to a "risk takers"
experience.
