Annotation metadata not showing until edit style. See the screenshots for understanding:

When I manually change resource template id in database, it starts working normally.

Also, cannot update resource template of annotation from annotation tab.

To add multiple templates in the form, create one and set it in main settings (under admin in left sidebar) option "Templates to use for Describe". To edit an annotation in annotation form is not recommended, but it's working. So the issue about metadata in the popup is are issue related to javascript.
