Not working with navigation sub-pages #10

Hello,

I'm using this module and I love it. It all works well except for when my pages are not in the root navigation; in that case a page is prepended to the link, which becomes /page/mysubpage.

I do have the Rename or skip prefix /page/ option on, and it works indeed with root pages. How can I avoid that prefix for subpages too?

My bad, I had to delete the page/ bit, of course.
