We have been having the same problem. It looks to me like there are git merge conflict marker codes present in the source code of Scripto-plugin.php. See lines 256ff. UPDATE: Sorry my comment applies to the version merged at ui-libraries/plugin-Scripto, not to your fork. Apologies.
Hi,
Yes. For now, use https://github.com/daniel-km/Scripto. UI Library made a fork of the release for Omeka 1.5 and I upgraded it for Omeka 2.0. UI Library made a git merge error from this upgrade.

Thanks, that version is installed and working well. // Josh Westgard

I've already installed the standard Scripto plugin on my Omeka site and it's working fine. I would like to install the UI-Library fork to make the site more user-friendly, but after following the instructions here, it just shows as 'this is not a valid plugin' on the Omeka admin page. Could you provide a little more detailed instructions so I can see where I'm going wrong? Thanks.
