Create Target information display window #27

Display List of targets includeing, name, score, positions X,Y, andZ. frend or foe and current status. Include a scroll feature to ensure the whole list can be viewed.

Using a Listbox and stack panel was able to get out TargetManager class to display the target information on our GUI. When a target is killed it will update his status to Dead.
