Create a Load target button #29

We need a text bax the Operator can type in a full path to a target file and button to initiate the opening of this file. If path is invalid then we need to display an appropriate message,

Have created a text box that a targets name can be entered into and targeted and killed. If the Target selected is a friend then a dialog message will be displayed stating that we don't allow friendly fire.
