I set up a Wikidata item for the event, which means there is also a Scholia event profile for it.

One of the participants, Griffin M. Webber, has built a profiling system based on mining platforms like PMC and social media: Profiles RNS.

We had no WiFi and not enough power outlets at the venue, and the organizers did not want us to use devices anyway, so I ended up taking notes on paper and injecting them into the discussion when it was my turn. One participant was in charge of taking notes, and another recorded the audio throughout the meeting.

There were lots of occasions where I thought it would be good to show people some examples from Wikidata (and especially Scholia), or RIO or from open notebooks (e.g. these) but that did not fit with the dynamics of the group and with the nature of the discussion being purposefully offline, so I might add some of those pointers later.
