I explored the submission machinery a bit and started a submission on "Usage of Jupyter notebooks across the Wikimedia ecosystem".

Other topics I am considering are

a data model for cataloguing Jupyter notebooks in Wikidata
- this could be fit into the above one, or stand alone
What I learned from attempting to re-run 100 Jupyter notebooks that accompanied research articles available through PubMed Central
- this would build on the 2017 talk

I have just submitted my session proposal. It now has the title "Jupyter in the Wikimedia ecosystem", and a tweet went out about it.
