Probably doable to get a working prototype during a hackathon. Adding the 1day label.

Talk pages on Wikidata do not seem to be very effective for such things. Scholia provides an overview of the topic (e.g. https://scholia.toolforge.org/topic/Q654718 ), and there are several ways to subscribe to news feeds on this.
