e.g. as per https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/home/develop/api/ and https://europepmc.org/RestfulWebService and https://github.com/titipata/pubmed_parser and https://github.com/gijswobben/pymed (archived) and https://github.com/ContentMine/getpapers

The idea would be to run queries like https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/?term=(ipynb+OR+jupyter)+AND+github .
