Make the mapping between SDGs and Wikimedia activities more complete

We met again tonight and worked a bit on next steps:

• moving the results of the session onto wiki
  • Wikimania wiki (static, just for documentation purposes)
  • Meta wiki (dynamic, meant to be worked on further)
• planning follow-up submissions for similar sessions at upcoming community events.
