Define meeting-free days for each month of 2023 #1741

As per Resolution 2.viii in https://github.com/Daniel-Mietchen/ideas/blob/master/new-year-resolutions/2023.md .

Experiment with meeting-free weeks (perhaps quarterly) and with regular meeting-free days in between.

I have given this an informal test run in January on Jan 6 when parts of Germany were on holiday, and it worked well.

This ticket is to help me define at least one meeting-free day for each of the other months in 2023.

I have now set a default for this in my calendar: the first Friday of each month.
