Make ORCIDator scriptable #644

I assume this is the case already for Magnus, but it would be nice if I could run ORCIDator inside a script as well. Currently, it takes lists of a maximal length of about 1000 items. With over 75k ORCIDs in, this is becoming unwieldy.

I think the August 2018 redesign of the tool (which is now part of https://tools.wmflabs.org/sourcemd/ ) has solved this issue for most of my purposes, so removing the "High priority" tag.
