High Power Usage with No Active Components Suggests Bad Data?

Take a look at his log from this morning; I wonder if maybe our handling of updated Text Sensors for Heat Coil is not working correctly? My heater showed the compressor and heating coil off but still usage of 2kW and temperature way below setpoint.

The power usage is not 100% accurate and as far as I can see with my water heater those text sensors are accurate in reporting off when off. All we did is report the text value whereas previously it checked if it was on or low speed/lower heating element.

Are you saying you confirmed that the water heater is running but the texr sensors are reporting off?

I wasn't able to confirm that it was running so perhaps the Power Usage metric is the problem. I will resolve this until I can reproduce more definitively.
