Added Rekognition and Polly, and refreshed existing services #33

I cant merge this because it breaks the IotData node. This needs a patch (in the gen_scripts folder) in order to be corrected.

However separately I've added Polly, Rekognition and ECS, and I've refreshed the services with the new API, so will close this.
