[Suggestion] Health Skill #34

i suggest adding a skill that increases the lifepoints of a player. it could be leveled up by either taking damage, or spending time on low health or drinking health potions or something.

for the special ability i suggest supercharing the players hitpoints with something like +50% hearts.

I dont think i will be adding this skill, as i dont think i would be able to add enough abilities to it to make it worth it. Thank you for this and your other suggestions thought :)

@Daniel12321

as i dont think i would be able to add enough abilities to it to make it worth it.

i had plugins like this one in mind https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/rpghealthplus.6176/ those are a great addition to the game, even without abiities, since more hitpoints in itself would be quiet the benefit.

i've had some other ideas in mind too, but it's mostly random notes as of now, so i'd prefer to think about it a bit more, before posting, though i'm sure i could figure out some more/better abilities.

i have a few questions regarding the way you add skills. what would you think about adding different paths for skills (skilltrees) where players can unlock abilities and increased stats of their choosing? for example the health skill could have a increased hitpoint path, a faster regeneration path and a first aid path to heal other players or yourself on demand. adding more complex skilltrees would allow players to go more in-depth when leveling and would increase both teamwork and competition, as every player would have vastly different skills and abilities. something similar to the skyrim skilltree would be awesome. what about sub/child/etc skills? i've been thinking about a brewing skill (for drinks, alcohol, etc) which would probably work best as a child skill of cooking and alchemy. though i'm not sure if i actually like the idea of child skills per se, as in taking the level of the parents and calculating the child level. i think a better approach would be to keep their levels seperate, but require a minimum level in the parent skills to be able to level up from level 0 in the child skill. also i've a few more skills written down, some of them being focused on crafting. i think seperating crafting into different skills (eg letherworking, smithing, jewelcrafting, etc), similarly to how it's done in big rpgmmos, would make in game economies feel more alive and bring new challenges.

Thank you for this and your other suggestions thought :)

np, thanks for making this great plugin. i hope you don't mind me posting some more tickets, because i've got quiet a bit written down that might fit this plugin.
