This is especially the case when using other mods that increase melee damage. The bleed on the sword is so much weaker than the axes aoe + damage buff. Atm, I merged both sword/axes to have slaughter because of the discrepancy.
A way to balance this out would be being able to configure the bleed damage amount/duration/scale with level or change the skills altogether.
Eg: Axes could have 1.5x damage buff
Swords instead have the current aoe effect as they are a slashing weapon
