No skins in BungeeCord enviroment with IP forwarding on #12

NPC 1.1.1 SF: 2267 Created a NPC with /npc create and gave him the name I9hdkill and skin I9hdkill.

He still shows a steve skin.

mc server runs in offline, due to bungee, but server is getting online uuids due to bungees IP forwarding. So probably a bug in NPCs.

The system to set the skins on offline Human entities was created by the Sponge developers themselfs, and it seems like that system is what doesnt work in offline mode with bungeecord. Ive been looking for a solution for it, but it's not easy.

Has anything been done to help fix this? Is there another plugin to overwrite the sponge system or anything? Kind of like skinsrestorer for spigot?
