Looks cool, thank you for sharing this.

I'd appreciate a demo online or some instructions on how best to get it going. e.g. there is no .html file to kick off the app & the socket stuff needs a server running?

I'll try to get a demo running if I get some free time.

Instructions that should work:

Install Node.js and required modules (eg. "npm install now" and "npm install socketio")
Run "node app.js" on your computer
Connect to http://localhost:3000/ in a web browser
