Creating the necessary markdown to render in QuickHelp in Xcode. #20

Subject to original coder's comments on phrasing and meaning for each function documented.

Also Applied the API Design Guidelines from https://swift.org/documentation/api-design-guidelines/ after using the assistant in Xcode beta to transition to Swift 3.0.

Good documentation makes a library like this a useful tool for other programmers, so i took the liberty to add it and start the process ^.^ C'ya
